Create and manage table maps in Backoffice
This guide explains step-by-step how to create, edit and manage seating charts. You will also learn how to enable graphical seating charts, add tables, print QR codes for table orders and manage multiple tables at the same time.
Create a new table section
Select Table in the side menu (under headings such as Settings, Marketplace, Analytics, etc.).
Here you’ll see a list of existing table sections. Search or filter as needed. Click Create New in the top right corner.
In the pop-up window:
Enter the Section Name (e.g., "Dining Room").
Select whether to enable the graphical table map (POS) (Yes) or disable it (No).
Yes: Enables a graphical interface where you can design the map visually.
No: Provides a simple list for manually adding tables.
Click Save to create the section.
💡 Tip
You can change the graphical seating chart setting later by clicking the pencil icon (edit) next to the section in the list.
Working with the graphical seating chart
If you selected "Yes" for the graphical seating chart, a graphical interface for designing the layout will open.
Add tables:
On the left, you’ll find Table Types: Choose round or square tables with 1–10 seats.
Drag a table from the list to the map (the grid area).
Select the table to:
Change the table number (must be unique).
Move it to a different table section.
Rotate it using the rotation icon above.
Enable Available for Ancon Order (for table orders via QR code).
Delete the table.
Print the QR code for the table.
Add partitions (dividers):
Drag gray circles or rectangles from the toolbar to create walls, areas, or separations.
Adjust the map:
Move tables by dragging them.
Change table numbers (only to available numbers).
Enlarge the map by dragging the icon in the bottom right corner.
Click Save to save changes.
Tip: To print QR codes for multiple tables, temporarily disable the graphical seating chart (via the edit icon), select tables from the list, print, and re-enable the graphical seating chart.
Working without the graphical seating chart
If the graphical seating chart is disabled, tables are managed in a simple list.
Create a single table:
Click Create New.
Enter the Table Number.
Enable Available for Ancon Order if the table is to support table orders.
Click Save.
Create multiple tables at once:
Click Create Multiple.
Enter the number of tables.
Enable Available for Ancon Order for all.
Click Save.
Bulk edit or print QR codes:
Select tables using the checkboxes (or select all using the checkbox in the top-left corner).
Select Edit to edit multiple tables (to enable “Available for Ancon Order”).
Select Delete to remove selected tables
Select Print to generate QR codes for the selected tables.
Select Move to Section to move the tables to another table section.
Edit existing table sections and tables
In the list of table sections: Click the pencil icon next to a section to edit the name or enable/disable the graphical table map.
Within a section:
Edit individual tables by clicking on them (in graphical mode) or the pencil icon (in list mode).
Move, rotate, or delete as described above.
Always save changes.
Print QR codes for table orders
QR codes are used for Ancon Order, so customers can order directly from the table.
Single table: Select the table and choose Print.
Multiple tables: In list view (without a graphical map), select the tables and choose Print.
Print and place the QR codes on the tables.
