Searching and managing products in POS

Search for a product

1. Start by clicking the search box at the top right, below your name.

2. Then type in the product you're looking for and press Enter.

Manage and change product settings

1. Hold down the button on the product you want to manage.

2. You’ll then see information about the product, and you can change settings by clicking on “Change product settings.”

3. Here you’ll see a few different options, depending on what you want to change about the product.

   • You can adjust the stock balance directly on the product.

   • Here you can also change the product’s price.

   • You can block the product so that it cannot be sold, for example, if it is out of stock. It will then be crossed out.

   • You can choose whether the product should be visible and available in Ancon Order.

   • You can also choose which order formats the product should be available in, such as dine-in, takeout, table service, and delivery.

4. Then click Save.
