Managing Wallets in the Backoffice
In Backoffice, you can search and track wallets, check balance and status, filter by date and outlet, and share wallet information when needed.
1. Find wallets
Log in to Backoffice
Go to Market

Select Wallets

You will see an overview of all customer wallets.
2. What does the overview show?
In the list, you can see:
Wallet ID
Current balance
Creation date
Status (e.g., active or blocked)
Outlet where the wallet was created or last used
Linked customer (name & email)

This page is used to find wallets, track balances and usage, and for support and follow-up.
3. Search for a wallet
Use the search bar at the top

Search by wallet ID or customer details (e.g., email or name)
Tip: The customer’s email or name is often the fastest way.
4. Filter by date
Select the From date and To date

Filter the list to view wallets from a specific period
Used, for example, for campaigns or to find older, inactive wallets.
5. Filter by outlet
Select one or more outlets in the outlet filter

The list shows only wallets linked to the selected outlet
Useful for store-specific follow-ups or customer support.
6. Combine filters
You can combine:
Date range
Outlet
Search by wallet ID or customer information
Example: View wallets created during a campaign at a specific outlet.
7. Wallet information
Once the correct wallet has been found, you can click on it to view:
Wallet ID
Sale and expiration dates
Discounts
Payments and available balance
Note: Always verify that the correct customer is selected and do not share information in public channels.
8. Discounts
Wallets can be linked directly to one of your available discounts, allowing guests to automatically apply their discount when shopping with their wallet.

Which discount is applied is determined directly per wallet and can be set up under Market > Discount Codes. Also ensure that “Available in Wallet” is enabled for the discount to work with your wallets
